Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine NLP applications to enable the creation of structured digital processes using plain text descriptions, enhancing the ease and efficiency of system interactions.
  • Utilize AI technologies to innovate and improve business processes, including but not limited to data analysis, process efficiency, and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and execute opportunities for new features and AI-driven product enhancements.
  • Lead the development lifecycle of AI modules, from concept through deployment, ensuring high quality and performance standards.
  • Manage and fine-tune both proprietary and open-source machine learning.


Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in NLP and generative AI models, with a solid foundation in Python and exposure to model fine-tuning and training.
  • Experience in deploying AI models into production environments and scaling them to handle large volumes of data or requests.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI use, data privacy laws, and model transparency.
  • Understanding the implications of AI and ensuring responsible usage
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong system design and architecture skills, with demonstrated capability in scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Exposure to major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with APIs like OpenAI.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, comfortable working across time zones and with diverse teams.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in AI and related technologies.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock and Sagemaker is a plus.
