Job Summary

Progressive Technology is expanding its e‑commerce operations and is looking for detail‑oriented, proactive Amazon Virtual Assistants (VAs) to support our Amazon Seller / Vendor Central accounts. This is a women‑friendly, fully remote opportunity ideal for freshers, career returnees, and professionals without a formal degree who are eager to learn, upskill, and grow in the fast‑moving world of online marketplaces. You will manage day‑to‑day Amazon store tasks—listing optimization, catalog hygiene, basic PPC support, customer service, reporting, and more—while working closely with account managers and brand owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Listing & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, back-end keywords, and A+ Content.
  • Catalog & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory health, reconciliations, stranded/blocked listings, FBA/FBM coordination, and restock alerts.
  • Customer Service: Respond to buyer messages, handle returns/refunds, and resolve performance notifications within SLA.
  • Keyword Research & SEO: Use tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics) to identify ranking opportunities.
  • Advertising Assistance: Support the setup and maintenance of Sponsored Products/Brands/Display campaigns (training provided).
  • Storefront & Brand Registry Support: Assist with Brand Registry tasks, Brand Store updates, and maintaining brand assets.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Track and elevate policy warnings, ensure content meets Amazons guidelines, and raise cases with Seller Support as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly KPIs (sessions, conversion rate, TACoS/ACoS snapshots, Buy Box %, inventory age, etc.) and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Case Management: Open, track, and close cases with Amazon Support for listing issues, reimbursements, FBA discrepancies, and catalog merges/splits.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain SOPs, checklists, and FAQs to enable smooth handovers and scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • No degree required—we value skills, attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong written English communication; ability to create crisp, error‑free listing copy.
  • Attention to detail with solid organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for data cleaning, pivots, and reporting (we will train if you are a beginner).

Experience
