Job Opening: Bookkeeper (Remote – India)

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and reliable Bookkeeper to join our growing finance & operations team.
This role requires someone who can independently manage financial records, maintain accuracy, and coordinate smoothly with our UK team.



Role Overview

As a Bookkeeper, you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain ledgers, manage invoices, and ensure proper financial documentation.
You will support overall financial transparency and help keep our operations audit-ready.



Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting & Records
• Record all daily transactions (invoices, expenses, receipts, supplier bills)
• Maintain and update ledgers & spreadsheets
• Ensure all entries are accurate and complete

Bank & Reconciliation
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Update weekly/monthly financial statements
• Track payments, outstanding dues, and receivables

Billing & Vendor Coordination
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Update bills for suppliers, skip hire, delivery, fuel, materials etc.
• Ensure timely approvals and processing

Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports
• Maintain organised digital filing
• Coordinate with the UK team for payment queries
• Ensure compliance with internal processes

Admin Support
• Assist with basic admin tasks when required
• Keep financial data audit-ready



Ideal Candidate
• 1–2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must have laptop + stable internet
