Job Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving group and individual sales targets while ensuring efficient branch operations in alignment with company policies. The role involves leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, managing client transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers across the Hyderabad market. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Management Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets for the Hyderabad team. Drive business development through client acquisition and relationship management. Allocate and manage leads to ensure effective conversion. Oversee forecasting, reporting, and achievement of revenue goals. Handle staff attrition and ensure continuity in performance. Transaction Management Understand client requirements and prepare detailed transaction briefs. Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle including site visits, negotiations, and closures. Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and consultants in the Hyderabad region. Ensure due diligence, documentation accuracy, and client satisfaction throughout the process. People & Team Management Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Build a positive team environment and maintain high morale. Manage performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company standards. Foster professional development and minimize attrition.
