CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Danville Post-Acute Rehab currently is currently looking for full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants for PM, and NOC shift.

Danville Post-Acute Rehab is a 49-bed, 5 Star Facility, short-term rehabilitation facility located in Danville, California. We are accepting applications for the position of Certified Nursing Assistant. Our company culture centers on a passion for outstanding regulatory compliance and noteworthy customer service

We are looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistant with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with excellent clinical skills and a "hands on" approach to teaching and leadership skills. Communication skills are vital to the success of this position. We are looking for a leader who is compassionate and intelligent, who enjoys working with short-term rehabilitation patients and leading a team of skilled professionals.

If you enjoy working in a post-acute environment, with a large population of short-term patients, (many admissions and discharges a week) and you have a sincere and honest approach to impressive patient care combined with excellent clinical and people skills; and if you can really pay attention to detail, we welcome your application.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be a CNA, licensed in the state of CA and have a current license that can be verified through state and federal board review.
  • Experience as a CNA in a long term care setting is preferred and must have a proven track record of regulatory compliance.

Our compensation and benefits program are among the top in the profession based on your history, education, and performance. We offer several options in health insurance. (These benefits pertain only to the full time position. On-call staff is not entitled to benefits).
