I’m looking for a creative partner who can help me ideate, research, and script compelling short-form video content that aligns with my personal brand. You’ll help transform my founder stories, lessons, and reflections into viral, storytelling-driven Reels that build audience trust, credibility, and connection.

What you'll bring:

  • Develop 7 viral content ideas per week around entrepreneurship, resilience, scaling, mindset, and leadership.
  • Script short-form videos (30–60 sec) that match my voice — conversational, reflective, and emotionally engaging.
  • Help craft personal brand storytelling arcs that build authenticity and authority over time.
  • Identify trending hooks, angles, and formats that can boost virality and retention on Reels/TikTok.
  • Create captions, CTAs, and visual hooks that align with the video tone and encourage engagement.
  • Repurpose existing stories or video transcripts into new, viral-ready ideas.

Requirements

  • Please share your previous experience creating or scripting short-form content for founders, creators, or thought leaders.
  • Strong storytelling instincts — you know how to make a 60-second video emotionally land.
  • Ability to write in a human, authentic, founder-style voice (no corporate jargon or “guru talk”).
  • Understanding of social trends, retention hooks, and viral content structures.
  • Bonus: Experience with ChatGPT, Notion, or AI tools to help with ideation and drafting.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent flow of viral, on-brand content ideas.
  • Scripts that feel true to my story and tone.
  • Increasing engagement, views, and followers across Reels and TikTok.
  • A cohesive, growing personal brand built around real founder lessons and mindset growth.

Benefits

  • Work with a supportive, entrepreneurial team.
  • Flexible work environment.
  • Remote opportunity.
