As the Risk Officer at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's operations align with the Retail Clients strategy, maintaining high standards of TAT and portfolio quality. You will collaborate closely with CI Analysts, Analyst Manager & Zonal Manager to drive the right outcomes. Your responsibilities will involve working with the business to optimize returns within Risk Appetite, strengthening adherence to processes and standards, and enhancing risk management practices. Key Responsibilities: - Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. - Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics and compliance across the bank. - Collaborate with key stakeholders such as CI Team, CO Team, Business Teams, Legal & Compliance Team, and more. - Ensure smooth processing of BAU, strong coordination between teams, and continuous feedback to improve performance. Qualifications: - MBA or CA qualified with a minimum of 4 years of underwriting experience.
