Credit & CMA Analyst – Bank Finance Division Location: Work from Home Reporting to: Division Head Core Purpose To support the Bank Finance Arranger division by preparing client profiles, understanding business models, creating CMA data, ratio analysis, and handling coordination with banks and clients for funding proposals — including Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, LRD, and Real Estate funding cases. Key Responsibilities Interact with SME and Corporate clients to understand their business model, project requirements, and funding needs. Prepare detailed CMA data, DSCR, ICR, TOL/TNW, Current Ratio and other financial parameters. Create comprehensive client profiles and business summaries for banker presentation. Prepare project finance proposals for Greenfield and Brownfield projects , including cost of project, means of finance, implementation schedule, and revenue projections. Work on Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) and Real Estate project funding proposals. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and clients to obtain pending documents, resolve queries, and ensure timely sanction and disbursement. Prepare and maintain MIS trackers for each case — showing stage-wise progress, pendencies, and next actions. Assist in drafting sanction notes, renewal papers, credit justifications , and compliance reports. Skills Required Excellent command over CMA preparation, project finance analysis, and ratio calculations (DSCR, ICR, TOL/TNW, Current Ratio). Working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Financial Formulas), Tally, and MS Word. Strong understanding of banking norms and credit appraisal processes (SBI, Axis, Union Bank, NBFCs, etc.). Valuable communication and follow-up discipline for dealing with clients and RMs. Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and high responsiveness in multi-case handling. Qualification & Experience B.Com / M.Com / CMA inter /CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance). 2–6 years’ experience in bank proposal preparation, project finance, or working with DSA / financial consultancy / NBFC. Ideal Candidate A finance professional who: Understands how banks assess SME and Project Finance proposals. Can independently prepare CMA and ratio analysis. Communicates confidently with both clients and bank officials. Enjoys translating business data into structured funding presentations.
