The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical designs, coordinating with clients, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of project-related activities.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare layout designs, technical drawings, and BOQs using <strong>AutoCAD</strong>.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely responses.</li><li>Support the sales team with technical inputs, quotations, and project documentation.</li><li>Maintain and update sales records, project trackers, and reports in <strong>Excel</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with the project and engineering teams for design approvals and execution.</li><li>Follow up with clients regarding proposals, approvals, and order processing.</li><li>Assist in preparing presentations, technical documentation, and design files.</li><li>Ensure proper communication flow between clients, sales team, and internal departments.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key Skills Required</strong></p><ul><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>AutoCAD</strong> (2D layout design required).</li><li>Excellent <strong>Excel</strong> skills (reports, formatting, basic formulas).</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under timelines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of refrigeration/cold room industry (preferred, not mandatory).</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma related field (preferred). </li><li>1–3 years of experience in design, sales coordination, or similar roles.</li></ul><p><br></p>
