Job Title: Document Controller Location: Chennai Perungudi Department: Planning (Project Management Division) Experience: Minimum 3 Years Reports To: Lead Project Planner / Manager (Planning) Job Summary: We are looking for a Document Controller responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling all project and departmental documents. The role involves handling transmittals, document distribution, filing, updating records, and supporting the Planning Department with administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage receipt, registration, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing project documentation. - Maintain document control logs, transmittals, and associated reports. - Support preparation of project work lists, department budgets, and reports. - Handle department timesheets, training records, and manpower statistics. - Ensure adherence to company document control and information security procedures. - Assist the Planning team and Project Managers in maintaining up-to-date document records. Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in document control and administrative work. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Experience in Project Document Control Systems preferred. - Positive communication skills in English.
