<strong>Description<br><br></strong>We're looking for a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who can translate user needs and business goals into seamless, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers to shape user journeys that delight and deliver.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Understanding the requirements and creating web and mobile application designs.</li><li> Proficiency in communication design, graphic design, and typography.</li><li> Applying user-centered design processes to create high-quality user experiences for web and mobile applications.</li><li> Communicate design/Information Architecture/Usability concepts to implement in the designs and communicate to the team/client.</li><li> Very good understanding of design guidelines provided by different platforms like iOS, Android and Web.</li><li> Collaborate with marketing team for branding of the company in digital media e.g. banners, slides, etc.</li><li> Understanding of correct colouring, resolutions, web and print difference.</li><li> Understanding of the latest technologies used for designs.</li><li> Understanding of wireframes & mockup applications.</li><li> Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual designs meet user experience goals.</li><li> Work closely with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility.</li><li> Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product usability.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Desired Candidate Profile<br><br></strong><ul><li> Minimum 4+ years of experience in user interface design for Web and Mobile (Android, iPhone, iPad, Web).</li><li> Expert in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch etc.</li><li> Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.</li><li> Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li> Ability to design layouts, branding guidelines, User Interface.</li><li> Excellent hands-on skills to design with an eye for detail.</li><li> Must have a portfolio of past work.</li><li> Must have creative thinking and visualization skills while considering software userflow.</li><li> Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.</li><li> Must have good communication, time-management and team spirit to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage deliverables of the project.</li><li> Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.</li><li> Experience working in Agile : UG : Any Graduate<br><br></li></ul>(ref:hirist.tech)
