As we scale, we’re looking for a highly creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer obsessed with visual storytelling and viewer psychology. This role is responsible for the most critical piece of our content packaging: creating high-impact thumbnails that drive clicks and grow our clients' channels. The ideal candidate will be: (Important) ✔ Proven portfolio demonstrating high-impact, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails. ✔ Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including complex photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching. ✔ A robust foundation in design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, and typography. ✔ Experience in generating accurate assets or images using AI tools like Midjourney. ✔ Deep understanding of viewer psychology, YouTube trends, and what makes a person click. ✔ Robust analytical skills with a focus on YouTube analytics, specifically CTR (Click-Through Rate). ✔ Good to have: Adobe premiere pro WHY WORK WITH US? Primary Responsibilities: Generate realistic/eye catching thumbnails using photoshop and photo manipulation skills. Find and generate accurate assets for thumbnails using thorough search or AI image generation tools. Create variants and A/B test to understand which thumbnail style creates the highest impact. Take full ownership of the Click-Through Rate (CTR) for our YouTube channels, with a clear goal of improving it. Research and stay constantly updated with new design/thumbnail trends and competitor strategies on YouTube.
