1. Inbound Logistics & Procurement (China Focus):

  • Manage the entire supplier relationship and procurement process for materials sourced from China, including sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all international shipping activities (air, sea, land), including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and duty management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all import/export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
  • Track inbound shipments and provide clear visibility on material arrival dates to the production planning team.

2. Outbound Logistics & Sales Support:

  • Act as the key liaison for key clients, processing their orders, acknowledging receipts, and managing all queries related to order status and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with the Production & Planning department to monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery for customers.
  • Manage outbound logistics, including carrier selection, booking shipments, and providing customers with tracking information.
  • Prepare and share necessary commercial documents like Proforma Invoices (PIs) and shipping documents for outbound goods.

3. Compliance & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-specific IATF 16949 compliance requirements, coordinating with the Quality team on PPAPs and documentation.
  • Ensure all logistics and sales processes adhere to internal and external quality standards.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments including Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Sales.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in a combined role managing both import procurement (especially from China) and customer-facing logistics/sales support.
  • Essential: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of international shipping (Incoterms), customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
  • Experience with IATF 16949 is a significant advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and supervise the entire order-to-delivery cycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
