Student Recruitment & Pipeline Development</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a student recruitment strategy to increase enrolments from India for the MD/medical programs.</li><li>Conduct Counsellor engagement programs, webinars, and outreach events for students and parents.</li><li>Represent the university at education fairs(Medical Career Fairs), career events, school/university presentations, and agent training engagements.</li><li>Provide timely market insights and competitor mapping to refine recruitment strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Agent Network Management & Channel Development</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, onboard, train, and manage education agents across India, specializing in medical/health sciences recruitment.</li><li>Build strong relationships with partner agencies; conduct regular training and performance reviews.</li><li>Ensure compliance with university policies, brand messaging, and ethical recruitment standards.</li><li>Support agents with marketing collateral, program updates, and communication resources.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Partnerships & Alliances (India)</strong></p><ul><li>Develop partnerships with Indian schools, colleges, skill centres, coaching academies (NEET/medical prep), and pre-med institutions.</li><li>Build partnerships with Indian undergraduate institutions (BSc/Life Sciences) to create progression pathways into university’s MD program.</li><li>Establish school engagement with focus on recruitment of IB/International curriculum students who are ineligible for NEET</li><li>Facilitate articulation agreements, progression pathways, and collaborative academic opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Marketing, Outreach & Brand Visibility</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, digital outreach, seminar series, and region-specific activities.</li><li>Work with regional/global marketing teams to customize India-focused campaigns.</li><li>Promote success stories, alumni engagement, and program differentiators to strengthen brand presence in India’s medical education market.</li></ul><p><strong>5.
