You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Description:</h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>At Regions, the Loan Fulfillment Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Loan Fulfillment.</p><p></p><p><b><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></b></p><ul><li>Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed</li><li>Performs data entry and loan applications into the appropriate systems transactions</li><li>Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary</li><li>Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents</li><li>Researches and resolves loan related issues which may include missing payments, disputed accounts history requests and general loan related questions</li><li>Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures</li></ul><p></p><p>This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.</p><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Two (2) years of banking or related work experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Preferences</b></b></p><ul><li>Knowledgeable of loan operations activities</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Skills and Competencies</b></b></p><ul><li>Data entry and typing skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)</li><li>Strong time management</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.</p><p></p><p>This is a Remote Opportunity</p><p></p><p><b>Additional Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Prepare, review and issue disclosures in compliance with regulations in a timely manner</li><li>Validate loan fees, terms and data entered in LOS before generating disclosures</li><li>Communicate with loan officers regarding missing or incorrect information</li><li>Stay up to date on regulatory changes impacting disclosures</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Knowledge & Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of federal and state mortgage disclosure regulations (TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, ECOA)</li><li>Familiarity with mortgage loan origination system (Empower) or similar</li><li>Excellent time management to meet strict disclosure timeline to meet regulatory requirements</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Detail orientated with ability to analyze loan documents, fees and closing costs to ensure for accuracy and compliance</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Education & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience with TRID and other mortgage compliance regulations preferred</li><li>Prior experience with issuing mortgage disclosures preferred</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>Position Type</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>Full time<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Compensation Details</b></p><p style="text-align:left">Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
