The instructor will deliver practical, hands-on sessions covering Python fundamentals, AI/ML basics, data preprocessing techniques, core machine learning models, the California Housing Project, and introductory concepts of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. The workshop will conclude with students building a complete resume-parsing ATS module.</p><p>This role requires a strong industry background, the ability to simplify complex topics, and a passion for teaching. Their expertise is key to ensuring that students receive a meaningful and career-oriented learning experience.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Deliver structured lessons covering Python, AI basics, and machine learning fundamentals.</li><li>Teach data preprocessing techniques like one-hot encoding, R1/R2, min-max scaling, and handling outliers, etc.</li><li>Guide and explain to students various ML models development and deployment.</li><li>Introduce foundational concepts of LLMs, RAG systems, Agentic AI, and related tools.</li><li>Lead the final hands-on project where students build a resume-parsing ATS module.</li><li>Provide mentoring, answer questions, and ensure student understanding across varying skill levels.</li><li>Prepare teaching materials, examples, demos, and real-life case studies.</li><li>Evaluate student progress and give constructive feedback.</li><li>Coordinate with the organizing team to ensure smooth execution of the workshop.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li><strong>Minimum 3+ years of industry experience</strong> in AI/ML, data science, or related fields.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python, machine learning algorithms, and data preprocessing.</li><li>Experience with LLMs, RAG workflows, or Agentic AI systems (preferred).</li><li>Ability to clearly explain technical topics to beginners.</li><li>Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to design and guide hands-on student projects.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related fields (preferred but not strictly required).</li></ul><p><br></p>
