Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Industry Preference: BPO / BPM Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong hiring expertise in the BPO/BPM industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment, handling bulk and niche hiring, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This is a full-time, in-office role based out of Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the organization. Lead hiring for operations, support functions, and leadership positions in the BPO/BPM domain. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and selection processes. Work closely with operations managers to understand hiring needs and deliver within timelines. Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume requirements and urgent roles. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Mandatory experience in BPO/BPM hiring. Strong understanding of hiring for voice, non-voice, and support roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
