<strong>Skills:<br></strong>Furniture Painting, Polishing, Finishing, Designer painting, Spray Painting, Automotive Finishes,<br><br><strong>Job Title:</strong> Polisher / Wooden Painter<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Sharjah, UAE<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Perform surface preparation, sanding, sealing, staining, painting, and polishing on wooden furniture and joinery items.</li><li>Apply various finishes such as PU, NC, lacquer, stains, and paints to achieve luxury-quality surfaces.</li><li>Match colors, grains, and shades accurately according to design specifications and sample references.</li><li>Read and interpret finishing schedules, samples, and technical drawings for precise execution.</li><li>Ensure flawless finishing quality with meticulous attention to detail at every stage of work.</li><li>Inspect finished products to meet high craftsmanship standards.</li><li>Collaborate with carpenters, supervisors, and designers to meet project requirements and client expectations.</li><li>Maintain tools, spray guns, and polishing equipment in excellent working condition.</li><li>Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements & Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a polisher or wooden painter, including at least 2-3 years in the UAE luxury furniture or fit-out industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PU, NC, polyester, lacquer, stains, and decorative finishes.</li><li>Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality finishes on luxury furniture and joinery items.</li><li>Skilled in spray painting, hand polishing, touch-up work, and surface corrections.</li><li>Familiarity with modern finishing materials, chemicals, and safety procedures.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to premium finishing standards.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Technical training or certification in polishing or painting.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Other Details<br><br></strong><ul><li>Salary: Will be discussed during the interview based on skills and experience.</li><li>Overtime: As per UAE labor law.</li><li>Working Hours: 9 hours per day.</li><li>Working Days: 6 days per week (Sunday off).</li></ul>
