As an Account Manager at the company, your role will involve coordinating production-related services to meet customer requirements and needs. You will be responsible for performing Order Entry of new orders into Technique software and entering shipping and batch instructions for orders into Technique software. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating all inputs for print orders, mail files, supplied inserts, outsource needs, and verifying completion of manufacturing instructions and production. - Generating the Technique job plan for each individual job based on information provided/received from the customer. - Collaborating with Account Specialists/Sales to meet customer requirements. - Communicating customer expectations directly to the manufacturing plant. - Maintaining/tracking plant schedule per customer approved schedule. - Following a detailed checklist to ensure all data is received and the process is completed. - Coordinating instructions and process distribution files for shipments via FedX/UPS & USPS. To excel in this role, you should have a very good knowledge of web, sheetfed, and digital printing, as well as Imposition Planning. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of various finishing activities such as tipping, bellybanding, and polybagging, along with book knowledge of soft cover, hard cover, saddle stitch, and mechanical binding. Understanding of version placement is also required. You will need to have proficiency in using computers and software tools such as Technique, Process Shipper, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong communication skills in professional English language, resilience in stress tolerance, ability to multitask and change direction quickly, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality is key. Ideally, you should have an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Relevant experience and/or training will also be considered. Some overlap with US working hours may be required for orders on short schedules that must be entered on the same day as they arrive. It is mandatory to commit to a minimum of 3 years on the team for employee retention.,
