Run what runs the world.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This Position reports to:</p>Production Supervisor<h3><br /> </h3><div><b>Your role and responsibilities</b><br /><br />In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.<br /><br />The work model for the role is: #Li_Onsite<br /><br />This role is contributing to the Motion business for <span>IEC Low Voltage Division</span> <span>based in Vadodara, India</span><br /><br />You will be mainly accountable for:<ul><li>Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.</li><li>Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.</li><li>Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.</li><li>Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.</li></ul></div><div><br /><b>Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)</b><ul><li>7 to 12 years of experience in similar field.</li><li>Full time B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical.</li><li>Provides guidance to the teams and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teams.</li><li>Builds effective, competent, and high-performing teams.</li><li>Accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors for the teams in scope, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance.</li></ul></div><div><br /><b>More about us </b><br /> <p>The IEC Low Voltage Division is a technology leader delivering a full range of energy-efficient low voltage motors, including ultra-efficient solutions such as IE5 SynRM (synchronous reluctance motors).
