Production Supervisor – EVA Open Footwear

Location: Ecotech 1, Greater Noida, UP

Experience: 2–4 Years

Industry: Footwear Manufacturing / EVA Injection Moulding

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of EVA open footwear such as clogs, sliders, and sandals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EVA injection or compression moulding and strong leadership skills to manage production teams and achieve daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of EVA footwear production lines.

  • Plan, organize, and monitor shift activities to meet production goals.

  • Handle mould setting, machine parameter control, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure product quality by coordinating with the QC team and minimizing rejections.

  • Manage raw material usage and reduce production wastage.

  • Maintain production logs, shift reports, and mould change records.

  • Train and guide operators, helpers, and workers to improve efficiency.

  • Coordinate with design and development teams for new product trials.

  • Ensure adherence to factory safety, quality, and discipline standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc in Footwear Technology, Mechanical, or Production.

  • 2–4 years of experience in EVA footwear manufacturing (especially clogs/sliders).

  • Strong knowledge of EVA injection/compression moulding machines and moulds.

  • Ability to lead a production team and maintain production efficiency.

  • Good communication, planning, and reporting skills.

  • Familiarity with MS Excel / ERP systems is an advantage.
