Job Overview:

We are looking for a Mid level motivated and organized Project Manager in India to join our global team primarily serving customers in US. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a variety of projects across multiple domains and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and manage projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.

· Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

· Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

· Provide crisp and timely reports to stakeholders.

· Identify resource requirements and assign responsibilities to project team members.

· Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project or others.

· Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with project goals.

· Track project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.

· Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans as necessary.

· Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.

· Be proactive to improve processes and deliverables.

· Able to independently create and manage documentation, repositories and workflows

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

· 3-5 years of project management and admin experience, preferably within software development or technology sectors.

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Clear and timely status reporting to higher management and clients.

· Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Works efficiently with other team members and promote team works.

· Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.

· Proven track record for using tools for automation and productivity increases.

· Proactive to assess unforeseen risks and impacts on projects and deliverables.

· Always ready to manage effectively and to embrace changes in the project priorities.

· Remote working from home: Adequate set up for professional and productive work environment.

· Ability to work per US Pacific time zone and be available Mon-Fri till at least 2 pm PT.

· Willingness to accommodate extended time during weekdays or on weekends when required.

Preferred Skills:

· PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

· Experience in managing remote teams.

· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

· Experience of managing the compliance projects for Industry Certifications like ISO.

· Technology Business Analyst experience is a plus.
