<strong>Description<br><br></strong>We’re looking for an Area Delivery Leader to lead our Professional Service (ProServe) India Delivery Team. This Leader will oversee the delivery of ProServe India cloud transformation programs across our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, hire and develop bar raising talent, build effective partner delivery capacity, and engage customers and C-Level Executives to provide thought leadership, support pre-sales, guide in-flight projects, and ensure delivery exceeds customer expectations.<br><br>The ideal candidate is an experienced people leaders with deep technical experience, background with leading technical teams, and experience in Strategic Engagements Delivery, Workforce Planning, and Partner Management. We look for a leader who is passionate about building an environment where builders thrive and grow their career; a leader who thrives in an agile, fast-paced, growth environment, insists on incredibly high standards while able to dive deep to get the job done.<br><br>In this capacity you will be based in India and are expected to travel occasionally. You will report into India ProServe Leader and will functionally reporting into APJ ProServe Delivery Director to guide your direct team of Delivery Practice Managers and delivery specialists.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Lead and grow a team of specialised technical talent across multiple specialty areas e.g., AI/ML, Data and Analytics, Application Development, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Migration</li><li> Own implementation of diverse and multiple (>30 concurrent) customer cloud programs</li><li> Develop strategic delivery partners to augment and scale specialist delivery capacity and skills</li><li> Collaborate with local/regional/global AWS teams to solution and implement cloud programs on AWS</li><li> Implement and enhance mechanisms to improve delivery quality and delivery consultant productivity</li><li> Own customer feedbacks, corrective actions and learnings replication to increase customer satisfaction<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>Diverse Experiences<br><br>Amazon values diverse experiences.
