Job Title: Quality Assurance – Product Analysis (FAE) Company: Giantlok India Pvt Ltd Industry: Manufacturing – Cable Ties & Conduits Department: Quality Assurance / Engineering Experience Required: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Job Summary Giantlok India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (Product Analysis / Field Application Engineer) with hands-on experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will come from a chemical or polymer engineering background, and have robust skills in failure analysis, technical reporting, and customer support. This role plays a key part in analyzing product performance, handling customer complaints, and working with internal teams to ensure top-quality standards in our cable ties and conduit systems. Key Responsibilities - Analyze technical drawings, BOMs, and product specifications related to plastic components - Conduct root cause analysis of customer complaints using 5Why, Fishbone, and 8D methods - Prepare detailed issue reports and corrective action plans - Collaborate with internal teams – Molding, QA, Production, and Suppliers – for resolution - Visit customer sites for installation support, failure investigations, and product testing - Use quality tools like FMEA, MSA, and GR&R; for product validation and reliability - Maintain documentation and assist in product audits and improvements - Work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand and meet customer expectations Qualifications - B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Plastic Technology (Mandatory) - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA, Product Analysis, or FAE roles in plastic or polymer-based manufacturing - Experience with injection molding, material testing, or conduit systems is a strong plus Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of plastic materials and their failure modes - Proficient in 5Why, 8D, Fishbone, FMEA, MSA, GR&R; - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs - Good written and verbal communication skills - MS Office, QA software, and reporting tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per year Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person Speak with the employer
