The ideal candidate must have <strong>5–7+ years of experience</strong> in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the <strong>Oil & Gas industry</strong>.</p><p>This role requires a strong leader who can ensure zero-defect performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive continuous process improvements across the value stream.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and communicate Quality programs, business goals, and compliance initiatives.</li><li>Manage and maintain the local <strong>QMS</strong> and conduct internal audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).</li><li>Ensure regulatory compliance in product complaint handling and field actions.</li><li>Develop and implement quality metrics to support manufacturing excellence.</li><li>Drive shop-floor improvements and defect reduction initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams for process enhancements.</li><li>Liaise with customers and SQE teams to resolve quality-related issues.</li><li>Mentor teams and promote a strong Quality culture.</li><li>Ensure Quality oversight of all in-house manufactured products.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Mechanical Engineering</strong>, <strong>Quality</strong>, or related field.</li><li>ASQ certification in Quality is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001</strong>, API standards, and QMS processes.</li><li>Familiarity with audit methodology, audit reporting, and the process approach.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5–7+ years</strong> of experience in Quality roles within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Oil & Gas industry experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Our Client?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Opportunity to lead Quality transformation and improvement initiatives.</strong></li><li><strong>Dynamic work environment with career growth opportunities.</strong></li><li><strong>Exposure to global teams and advanced Quality systems.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Combination of office and shop-floor work.</li><li>Must meet PPE and medical fitness requirements.</li><li>Around 10% travel to plants, customer locations, or meetings.</li></ul><p></p>
