The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test planning, test case creation, automation scripting, and executing complex test scenarios.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop, execute, and maintain <strong>manual test cases</strong>, test plans, and test scripts.</li><li>Design, build, and maintain <strong>automation test suites</strong> using <strong>Selenium WebDriver with Java</strong>.</li><li>Perform <strong>functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing</strong>.</li><li>Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar systems.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure quality coverage.</li><li>Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a QA perspective.</li><li>Optimize and enhance automation frameworks to improve test efficiency.</li><li>Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.</li><li>Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Support in continuous integration and continuous testing environments (Jenkins or similar).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Skills & Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>2 to 4 years</strong> of hands-on experience in <strong>Manual and Automation Testing</strong>.</li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>Selenium WebDriver</strong> and <strong>Java</strong>.</li><li>Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.</li><li>Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.</li><li>Experience with tools like <strong>JIRA</strong>, <strong>Postman</strong>, <strong>Git</strong>, <strong>Jenkins</strong>, or similar.</li><li>Solid knowledge of API testing (REST).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in performance testing tools (optional): JMeter, LoadRunner.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Exposure to database testing (SQL queries).</li></ul>
