The role requires strong sales drive, market understanding, a high-performance mindset, and the ability to build and grow a scalable distribution ecosystem.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>Key Responsibilities</u></em></strong></p><p><strong>1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Drive revenue through retail, dealer distribution, online marketplaces, B2B clients, gyms, sports clubs, physiotherapy chains, hospitals, and wellness centers.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities and growth verticals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Market Expansion & Business Development</strong></p><ul><li>Build partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, rehabilitation centers, sports academies, hotels, wellness chains, and corporates.</li><li>Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to suggest strategic business decisions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Dealer & Distribution Network Management</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Must have worked previously in dealer and distribution-led business models.</strong></li><li>Build, manage, and strengthen dealer and distributor networks across multiple cities.</li><li>Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, sales hygiene, inventory discipline, and visual merchandising standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Distribution Expansion & Width Growth</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Responsible for incremental width of distribution</strong>, including onboarding new distributors, new dealers, and expanding into new geographies.</li><li>Identify untapped markets and drive channel penetration.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5.
