As the Assistant Manager Security at Radisson Hotel Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and maintaining a high standard of service. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the smooth running of the safety & security department, maintaining all aspects of safety & security at the highest levels. - Proactively improving guest satisfaction by delivering a positive and timely response to guest inquiries. - Achieving safety & security initiatives and hotel targets. - Managing the maintenance team to promote growth, development, and performance. - Handling the departmental budget to control costs and inventory, ensuring productivity and performance levels. - Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders. - Implementing a planned preventative maintenance program addressing maintenance, environmental, and conservation matters. - Ensuring compliance with all legislation, planning due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audits.
