<strong>Experience</strong>: 5.00 + years<br><br><strong>Salary</strong>: Confidential (based on experience)<br><br><strong>Expected Notice Period</strong>: 15 Days<br><br><strong>Shift</strong>: (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST)<br><br><strong>Opportunity Type</strong>: Remote<br><br><strong>Placement Type</strong>: Full Time Permanent position(Payroll and Compliance to be managed by: Rtifact)<br><br><strong>(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Uplers' client - Rtifact)<br><br><strong>What do you need for this opportunity?<br><br><strong>Must have skills required:<br><br></strong>Deep expertise in AWS and Azure services, FinOps, EKS/AKS, GitOps, Prometheus/Grafana, Python/Go/Bash, Kubernetes<br><br><strong>Rtifact is Looking for:</strong> <br><br></strong></strong>We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-paced<br><br>startup environments and can take end-to-end ownership of cloud, DevOps, security, and<br><br>observability initiatives across our SaaS platform.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li> Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.</li><li> Manage and optimise Kubernetes workloads (EKS/AKS), including scaling, reliability,<br><br><br></li></ul>and cost efficiency.<br><br><ul><li> Own GitOps-based deployments using tools like ArgoCD, Flux, Helm and cloud-native<br><br><br></li></ul>CI/CD.<br><br><ul><li> Build, maintain, and extend our open-source observability stack (Prometheus,<br><br><br></li></ul>Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Jaeger, etc.).<br><br><ul><li> Embed DevSecOps practices into every stage of the pipeline - security scanning, IAM<br><br><br></li></ul>hardening, supply chain guardrails, runtime security.<br><br><ul><li> Drive Cloud FinOps, including cost visibility, anomaly analysis, and resource rightsizing.</li><li> Automate everything possible - author scripts and tools in Python/Go/Bash to eliminate<br><br><br></li></ul>manual tasks.<br><br><ul><li> Own production incidents end-to-end: debug, remediate, and prevent recurrence.</li><li> Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure high reliability and<br><br><br></li></ul>velocity.<br><br><ul><li> Play a key role in shaping processes, culture, and technical architecture.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li> 5-7 years of strong hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE roles.</li><li> Deep expertise in AWS and Azure services, cloud networking, IAM, security, and<br><br><br></li></ul>scalability.<br><br><ul><li> Strong command over Kubernetes, container runtimes, service meshes, autoscaling,<br><br><br></li></ul>and production-grade cluster operations.<br><br><ul><li> Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, AI security, API security, and zero-trust<br><br><br></li></ul>practices.<br><br><ul><li> Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows and cloud-native CI/CD pipelines.</li><li> Hands-on with FinOps, cloud cost governance, and resource optimisation.</li><li> Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python/Go/Bash).</li><li> Experience working in startups or high-pressure environments with ownership<br><br><br></li></ul>mentality.<br><br><ul><li> Strong debugging skills - you’re someone who rolls up their sleeves and fixes production<br><br><br></li></ul>issues head-on.<br><br><ul><li> Excellent communication and documentation skills.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>How to apply for this opportunity?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Step 1: Click On Apply!
