Job Description – HR Executive (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Moti Nagar, DLF Corporate Towers, Delhi
Industry: Broking | Wealth Management | Fintech | Crypto/Web3
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are expanding across broking, wealth, private equity, fintech, and crypto, and are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 3–5 years of experience in financial services. This role requires someone who can manage fast-paced hiring, understand finance-oriented roles, and handle HR operations with precision and ownership.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end hiring for:
  • Accounting & Finance roles
  • Private Equity & Unlisted Zone Analysts
  • Wealth Managers (5–7 years experience)
  • Sales (Pension, Insurance, Structured Products)
  • Digital Marketing & Growth roles
  • Senior Python Developers (10+ years experience)
  • Crypto/Web3/Blockchain Specialists
  • Interns for Finance, Operations & Marketing
  • Source, screen, interview, negotiate, and onboard candidates.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-priority roles.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee life-cycle activities.
  • Maintain HRMS, attendance, leave, and payroll input accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI/NISM and broking industry requirements.
  • Handle exit formalities, F&F, and employee documentation audits.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Conduct induction sessions and coordinate training programs.
  • Plan employee engagement activities and support retention initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Assist in performance review and confirmation cycles.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of HR experience (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in Broking / Financial Services / Wealth / Fintech is required.
  • Strong understanding of finance-related, tech, and digital marketing roles.
  • Ability to recruit for niche domains like Private Equity, Crypto/Web3, and Senior Tech.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
