Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. The manager will oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting, including creating and executing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining strong employer branding initiatives. The role is essential to attracting and retaining top-tier talent, ensuring that Aimlay's workforce aligns with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications- Minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's growth and workforce planning objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Define and track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Present regular reports and insights to HR leadership and business units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations for Campus recruitment
