Job Title: Engineer & Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, clients, and the design team, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Management

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as per drawings and schedule.
  • Monitor quality of workmanship and materials.
  • Handle on-site issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline

2. Coordination

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
  • Work closely with the design team to implement drawings, layouts, and BOQs correctly.
  • Communicate project updates, site progress, and challenges to the project manager and clients.

3. Material Management

  • Track material requirements and ensure timely delivery to the site.
  • Verify material quality and quantity as per project specifications.
  • Maintain records of materials used and material inventory at the site.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily work reports, attendance of labor, and site progress updates.
  • Report delays, deviations, or technical issues to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of measurements, changes, and approvals.

5. Quality & Safety

  • Ensure the work meets the company’s standards for quality and finish.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance among site workers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or construction.
  • Strong understanding of interior finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil work.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp reporting.
  • Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

Salary: 50,000PM-1,25,000PM

Benefits: (1)Travel Allowance (2 ) Weekly Off : Sunday, Second & 4th Saturdays off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
