Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and execute content plans that enhance our online visibility, build patient trust, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and an understanding of social media trends, specifically within the healthcare/wellness industry.Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the clinic's business goals, focusing on patient acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging, on-brand content daily across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, etc.), including text, images, and videos.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and patient reviews promptly and professionally to foster a welcoming online community and manage the clinic's online reputation.
  • Visual Assets: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of the clinic environment, staff interactions, and patient before-and-after results (with consent) to showcase our expertise.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs like engagement, reach, and web traffic) using analytics tools and prepare reports to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the dental, skin, and physiotherapy teams to gather patient stories, educational content, and promote special offers or events.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within the healthcare, dental, or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a high level of attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Creative mindset and proficiency in visual content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software).
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media analytics tools.
  • A self-starter with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a patient-centric approach to online interactions.
  • Familiarity with ethical marketing practices in healthcare and patient confidentiality guidelines is a plus.
