Key responsibilities:

1. Sales Management - Drive overall sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Customer Conversion - Engage with customers effectively to maximize conversions and enhance the in-store experience.
3. Store Operations - Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
4. Sales Operations - Manage inventory, billing, and reporting processes to support efficient sales execution.
5. Staff Motivation - Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

4. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software

5. Well-groomed, with a professional appearance and demeanor

6. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets

7. Strong communication skills in English and local languages

8. Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as per retail schedules

9. Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store display standards

10. Preference for candidates with certifications in gemology or retail management
