As a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, production excellence, and strategic thinking, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the next generation of branded storytelling across Broadcast Television & Digital platforms. You will guide a talented team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and bring bold ideas to life for some of the most recognizable brands and media partners. - Lead, inspire, and motivate a multidisciplinary production team to achieve creative and operational excellence. - Supervise team members, ensuring a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance. - Identify skill gaps, provide mentorship, and foster professional development within the team. - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, budgets, and delivery standards. - Work closely with Sales, Strategy, Editorial, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure all branded content initiatives align with broader business objectives and client expectations. - Serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners to streamline communication and project execution. - Translate client briefs into actionable creative and production strategies. - Drive the creative vision for branded campaigns from concept to completion. - Develop and present innovative production decks and proposals for brand collaborations. - Provide clear strategic guidance to ensure all deliverables meet both creative ambition and commercial goals. - Stay ahead of emerging trends in content, storytelling, and audience engagement to continuously elevate campaign output. - Oversee end-to-end production across a wide range of content formats, including TV, Digital, Short-form, Long-form, LIVE events, and Post-produced segments. - Maintain consistent quality, tone, and storytelling integrity across all platforms and touchpoints. - Implement best practices in production planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure efficiency and excellence. - Uphold brand integrity while delivering content that resonates with diverse audiences. - Lead and contribute to ideation sessions that generate fresh, original concepts for branded content. - Translate creative ideas into executable campaign strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable value. - Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to craft compelling narratives that align with brand purpose and audience insights. Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in branded content production, creative strategy, or broadcast/digital media. - Proven track record in leading creative and production teams in a fast-paced media environment. - Strong understanding of content creation across platforms (TV, OTT, Digital, and Social). - Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines. - Prior experience with on-ground event execution and integrated campaign rollouts is highly desirable.,
