About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with a passion for visual storytelling to join our remote team. You will be responsible for editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube Long-Form Videos, using compelling visuals, motion graphics, text overlays, and music that support the script and engage viewers. This is a full-time opportunity with growth incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

l Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube Long-Form content.

l Apply text overlays, transitions, sound effects, B-rolls, and screen effects to enhance the viewer's experience.

l Create custom thumbnails that are visually striking and aligned with video messaging.

l Maintain turnaround deadlines:

Shorts: Within 1 Day

Long Videos: Within 3 Days

l Collaborate closely with the creative and content team to align with the brand’s voice and tone.

l Adapt styles and formats inspired by creators like Dhruv Rathee, Think School, and Rahul Malodia.

Required Skills:

l Strong visual storytelling skills: Hook → Flow → Emotional Highs → CTA

l Music & SFX selection for engaging audio-visual experience

l Comfortable editing in both English and Hindi

l Proficient with text animation, transitions, motion graphics, and screen effects
