Role Overview As a dynamic and growth-focused P&L Leader, you will be responsible for heading the Manufacturing Industry vertical, with a specific focus on Process Industries like Oil & Gas, Steel Manufacturing, Chemicals, and Energy. This senior leadership position requires a unique combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of digital transformation technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, data & analytics, and enterprise solutions. Your role will involve defining and executing the vertical's growth strategy, driving overall revenue and profitability, leading enterprise sales efforts, building and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering client relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, staying informed on market intelligence, and representing the organization in industry events and partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the vertical's growth strategy by capitalizing on emerging digital and industry trends. - Drive overall revenue, profitability, and long-term business expansion for the manufacturing vertical. - Lead enterprise sales efforts across the sector including prospecting, qualifying, structuring solutions, negotiating, and closing strategic deals. - Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing sales and consulting team to achieve and exceed annual targets. - Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across major manufacturing and process industry clients. - Partner closely with delivery, product, engineering, and strategy teams to create aligned go-to-market plans and ensure execution excellence. - Stay ahead of competitive dynamics, digital technology advancements, regulatory changes, and new market opportunities. - Represent the organization in CXO forums, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related domains; MBA or advanced certifications preferred. - 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, platform sales, or digital transformation consulting. - Deep understanding of manufacturing industry challenges including supply chain, asset performance, operational efficiency, and sustainability. - Proven experience in selling large-scale digital, cloud, analytics, and AI-led transformation programs. - Demonstrated success in closing multi-year enterprise contracts with public-sector entities and private-sector leaders. - Strong track record of revenue ownership, pipeline discipline, and consistent achievement of sales targets. - Ability to influence and engage CXO-level decision makers, shaping long-term strategic partnerships. - Expertise in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, advanced analytics, and cloud infrastructure. - Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. - Experience working in or with process industries such as Oil & Gas, Steel, Chemicals, or Energy is highly desirable.,
