We are seeking elegant and service-oriented Cabin Crew (Hôtesse de l'air / Steward) for our New York (JFK) base. Core Responsibilities: Your primary duty is to ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board, in strict adherence to international and company regulations. You will conduct pre-flight safety checks, perform safety briefings, and manage any in-flight safety or medical emergencies with poise. You will also be a key player in our celebrated inflight service, presenting French gastronomy and wine, and attending to a discerning international clientele with grace and professionalism. Qualifications & Requirements: We seek candidates who personify our brand's values. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for unrestricted international travel is required. A High School Diploma or GED is the minimum, with a college degree being an asset. Flawless fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in French is a major advantage and highly desired for this role. Candidates must have no visible tattoos in uniform and must pass a full medical evaluation and background check. Training & Work Schedule: Successful candidates will be flown to France to attend our comprehensive paid training program at the Air France Crew Academy in Paris (transport and accommodation provided). This position requires full flexibility for a variable roster, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long-haul transatlantic flights. Compensation & Benefits: Air France offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $41,000 to $62,000, plus hourly flight pay and per diem. Our comprehensive US benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacation, and extensive travel privileges on Air France, KLM, and all SkyTeam alliance partner airlines.
