The future of cybersecurity starts with you.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Role:</b><br />The Exec & Equity Compensation Partner will support the development and management of these programs, with an emphasis on executive and equity compensation. The role begins with supporting these efforts in a secondary capacity and gradually evolves into full independence to prepare for the next level. To be the best possible partner, you need to build strong subject matter expertise and hone your soft skills. You’ll work with Compensation teammates, business leaders, and other HR teams across a variety of compensation topic areas to build your brand and to continue perfecting your craft. Responsibilities<br />are listed below.</p><p><br /><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead efforts on workstreams related to new hire, merit, and/or out-of-cycle equity requests to gradually build expertise.</p></li><li><p>Play major role in the annual comprehensive market analysis related to executive compensation levels.</p></li><li><p>Assemble and document key compensation topics for the materials provided to the Compensation Committee</p></li><li><p>Support creation and administration of incentive programs which drive performance and align with our values.</p></li><li><p>Provide support for compensation topics in public disclosures (CD&A, CEO Pay Ratio, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Support the annual market benchmarking exercise which informs compensation ranges and budgets.</p></li><li><p>Maintain compensation infrastructure (e.g., job families, grades, titling) and work towards mastery.</p></li><li><p>Support business leaders, HRBPs, and your compensation teammates across all business segments with all-things equity compensation. Including the administration, design, and approvals for unique equity awards.</p></li><li><p>Actively seek opportunities to present to gradually master storytelling with data balancing science and art.</p></li><li><p>Support ongoing efforts to ensure pay practices remain compliant.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Need:</b></p><ul><li><p>Ideally 2+ years of Compensation experience. Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or a related field also works.</p></li><li><p>Spreadsheet expert. Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets is a must and will be tested with a case.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with slides. Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint or Google Slides is ideal but can be taught.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional analytical skills. We work with large datasets regularly and often need to find patterns or trends.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills. We lead meetings and present regularly, so practicing to get comfortable is a must.</p></li><li><p>Strong project management. The company moves at a fast pace, and the volume of projects can be high at times.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about CRWD.
