We’re excited to share an opportunity for a Shopify Developer to join a fast-growing eCommerce team focused on building high-performing, data-driven online shopping experiences. You’ll work across architecture, integrations, and user experience to shape scalable systems and seamless transactions. What You’ll Do • Design and build scalable Shopify Plus storefronts using Online Store 2.0, Hydrogen/Remix, or headless frameworks. • Develop and deploy Shopify Functions for discounts, shipping, payments, and custom logic. • Implement Checkout Extensibility and App Bridge integrations. • Architect and maintain private apps, middleware, and webhook systems that connect with ERP, OMS, CDP, CRM, and ESP tools. • Own the Shopify Admin and Storefront GraphQL API layer to ensure reliability, caching, and performance. • Design and manage data flows between Shopify and platforms like CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics tools. • Build responsive, high-performance storefronts using Liquid, React, or Hydrogen. • Optimize Core Web Vitals and ensure compliance with accessibility, PCI, GDPR, and CCPA standards. • Contribute to code reviews, bolthires/CD pipelines, and system documentation to maintain quality and reliability. What You Bring • 5+ years of web or eCommerce development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Shopify Plus. • Deep expertise in Shopify Functions, Liquid, and GraphQL (Admin and Storefront APIs). • Advanced skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern build pipelines. • Experience with Hydrogen/Remix or other headless commerce architectures. • Strong understanding of event-driven systems including webhooks, queues, and API resilience patterns. • Proven ability to integrate Shopify with ERP, OMS, CRM, CDP, and other SaaS platforms. • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Recharge, Intelligems, or TripleWhale. • Solid experience with bolthires/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, testing frameworks, and deployment workflows. • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
